Mohamed Abo El-Gheit

Mohamed Aboulghait is an executive with over 20 years of professional experience in effective multi-cultural and cross functional skills, mainly in Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Private Equity in Egypt and GCC, witnessed and participated in a large number (EGP multi billion) worth of transactions i.e., listing / IPO's / private placements at the Egyptian Stock Exchange, mergers and acquisitions, turnarounds, due diligence and restructuring. 

Currently, Mr. Aboulghait, is the Vice Chairman of The Golden Triangle Economic Zone (GTEZ) since August 2021.    

Prior to joining (GTEZ), he played several C- level / Senior management and / or Board level roles, with some of the leading local and regional Investment Banks and Private Equity institutions (i.e. EFG-Hermes, a listed company on the Egyptian & London Stock Exchange), Beltone Financial, Pharos Holding and Pioneers Holding for Financial Investments (all listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange). He also served as a Supervisory Committee Member at CI Capital Asset Management and as a Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee at Upper Egypt for Contracting and Real Estate. 

Mr. Aboulghait received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Business/Managerial economics) from Cairo University in 1995, and a High school degree from L’ecole Francaise Du Caire.
