Founded in May 2007 as an Egyptian Joint-Stock Company Subject to Investment law no 8 of 2007 Provisions of act no 159 for 1981.
Purpose of Incorporation
-To Excavate & Extract the Mining Ore, Minerals, Oil-shale, Carbon, and Exploiting them by Processing & Placing them in Industrial Operations. -Develop Economic and Technical Feasibility Studies for Oil-shale, Carbon and Mineral Projects.
-To Provide Technical Services in Chemical and Geochemical Analysis of Samples and Rocks and Preparation of Mining Studies.
The Company Currently owns Production Sites for Ores (Phosphate, kaolinetic sand, etc.)
