Tamer Badwy is a senior business consultant specializing in strategic management and supply chain management. Tamer Badwy has over 24 years of work experience and holds many managerial and consulting positions in major governmental and multinational organizations and NGOs around the world. Tamer has a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Supply Chain Management from Ain Shams University, Egypt; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Toledo, USA; and a Bachelor of Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, Egypt. Tamer is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), UK; the Institute of Supply Cain Management (IOSCM), UK; and the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), USA. He is a Certified International Purchasing Manager (CIPM), a Certified International Trade, Shipping, and Logistics Professional (CITLP), and Certified Project Manager (CPM). As a freelance trainer and consultant, he has distinctive expertise in strategic management, international business, marketing, operations, and supply chain management. Tamer is a faculty member, part-time instructor, and consultant at many respectable local and international universities and organizations. He has delivered many projects, training courses, workshops, and conferences in cooperation with international and authorized training and consultation companies, in addition to major Egyptian and Arab multi-activity companies. Tamer writes and designs learning materials, acts as a coach and mentor to individuals and groups, and acts as a catalyst and consultant to effect change to existing methods by effecting improvements and introducing "new" ways.
